Backstage
Where you run it. Where the real value is.
Backstage is the web console behind the app. It runs in a browser, needs no install, and your whole team can use it. From here you load the lineup, publish changes to every phone in seconds, send push notifications, and watch how the bill is landing while the festival is still on.

Lineup
A CSV is enough.
Send us four columns: Date, Time, Stage, Artist. Add Category, Genre, Description and listen links if you have them. Backstage imports the file, matches each act against its artist registry and fills in what is missing: artwork, genre and Apple Music links come from iTunes automatically. Backup and restore are built in, so a bad file can be rolled back.

Publish
Changes reach every phone in seconds.
A set time moves, an act drops out, a stage opens late. Edit it in Backstage and publish. Phones pick up the change the next time they have a signal; no app-store release, no review queue, no “please update your app”. When the full lineup is ready, “Announce listings live” tells everyone at once.

Push notifications
Reach the field.
Compose a message and send it to everyone, to the people attending one festival, or to one platform. Set-time changes, weather warnings, welfare messages, lost property. A history shows what went out and when.

Stats
Your audience, measured.
Two things are counted. Demand: how many people added an act to their lineup and how far it reached. Reception: how the set was rated once it had happened. Both are aggregate counts and averages, never individuals.
- Leaderboard
- Every act ranked by demand and reception. Filter by day, stage, age band or gender. Export the table as CSV, for one edition or all of them.
- Explorer
- Drill into one act or one day: adds over time, reach, and how the set was rated.
- Insights
- The booking quadrant: loved before and after, rising stars, overhyped, low pull. Clashes: where the bill fought itself, by stage pairing and hour. Genre gap, slot heatmap, and year over year.
- Usage
- How many people opened the app each day, and for how long, in total.
- Activities, Tips, Genres, Stages
- The same questions asked of the rest of the programme.

Season report
Something to hand to your booker.
After the festival you get a season report: who used the app, what they planned, what they watched and how they rated it, with year-on-year comparison once there is a second year. It comes as a PDF for the meeting and CSVs for the spreadsheet. See a real one.
Feedback loop
Your audience tells you what is wrong.
People can report an inaccuracy from any act’s page: wrong time, wrong stage, missing act. Reports land in Backstage, where you fix the listing and publish. Beta feedback and support messages arrive the same way.
Team
Built for more than one pair of hands.
What you will not see
Names, emails or individual behaviour. Age band and gender are optional in the app and reported only as aggregates. The app has no adverts, no ad SDKs and no location tracking. That is a promise to your audience as much as to you. Privacy.
Stats screenshots on this page show demonstration data: a fictional festival with a blended lineup and made-up numbers.
See it with your lineup in it.
Send a CSV of last year’s bill and we will load it into a Backstage demo before we talk.
