This website

• Sets no cookies.
• Runs no analytics, tracking pixels or advertising scripts.
• Loads fonts and images from our own hosting, not a third-party tracker.
• Is hosted on Google Firebase Hosting, which keeps standard server logs (IP address, time, page requested) for security. We do not use them to identify you.

The contact form

If you send a message we store your name, email address, organisation (if given) and the message, and email it to ourselves so we can reply. It is kept for as long as the conversation is live and deleted on request. It is not used for marketing and not shared with anyone.

• The form talks to Google Firebase (Firestore and Authentication) and the email is sent through Resend. Both act as processors on our instructions.

The app

The Festival Buddy app for iPhone and Android is designed to work offline, contains no advertising, no advertising SDKs, no cross-app tracking and no location tracking. It stores ratings and lineups so they can be restored, and produces aggregate, anonymous statistics for festival organisers. You can use it without signing in and delete everything from within the app.
